Britany grew up in northern New Hampshire and spent summers in Maine, where she developed a lasting connection to the area. Nearly ten years ago, she made Gorham home with John and their family. She holds a master’s degree from the University of New Hampshire and spent the past decade as a pediatric occupational therapist, building strong skills in communication, advocacy, patience, and problem-solving.
Her passion for real estate grew through hands-on experience. Britany and John have completed several full-home renovations and have owned and operated income producing properties, giving them a practical understanding of property potential, investment value, and what it takes to turn a house into a home.
John brings a strong construction background and a sharp eye for quality, craftsmanship, and renovation potential. He also serves the community as a firefighter and paramedic, where integrity, teamwork, and calm decision-making are part of everyday life.
